Tillamook comes to Boston

Last week Tillamook hosted an event to celebrate their Boston arrival at Bow Market in Somerville. Party goers enjoyed the Canopy Room while dining on Tillamook pizza from Hot Box, Bomb Steak & Cheese empanadas from Buenas, Boozy Floats featuring Tillamook Old Fashioned Vanilla ice cream, Macaron ice cream sandwiches from Maca, and an ice cream bar.

My favorite part was the pizza made by Hot Box. Lucky for you, I have the recipe below!

Ingredients

8.5 oz pizza dough
3 oz of your favorite sauce
.75 oz of Tillamook Shredded Sharp Cheddar
2.75 oz of Tillamook Shredded Mozzarella

 

How to

  1. Roll out pizza dough into a 10″ pizza pan.
  2. Add sauce all the way to the edge of the pan.
  3. Top with shredded cheeses.
  4. Bake at 600 degrees for approximately 8 minutes or until the edges appear burnt.
