If you read this post, you know that I spend the weekend at Blue Inn On The Beach, a Lark Hotel, in Newbury/Plum Island, MA with the team at Lark and Yankee Magazine. While there, I was treated to an amazing dining experience by the Head Chef of Lark Hotels, Justin Perdue. He prepared a different dish from the Lark Hotel restaurants for each course. Each dish was absolutely delicious and perfectly paired with a glass of wine.
Since I’m currently starving, I figured why not torture myself and share this amazing food experience with you. Bon appétit!
To start: a cheese plate from Picnic Social in Stowe, Vermont
First course: Quahog Chowder from Chair 5 in Narragansett, Rhode Island
Second course: Fish Tacos from Pig + Poet in Camden, Maine
Third course: Crispy Pork Rillette from Picnic Social in Stowe, Vermont
Fourth course: Braised Oxtail Tortellini from Counter in Salem, MA
I’m already full, but wait there’s more…
Hot chocolate and cookies from Picnic Social
And there you have it, folks. The most delicious way to experience the Lark Hotel brand. I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty hungry now.
