When my friend announced her 40th birthday plans at the Rosewood Mayakoba, I was instantly captivated. This luxury travel destination had been a star on my hotel bucket list for a long time, and the prospect of finally experiencing the Rosewood Mayakoba was incredibly exciting.
As we arrived, our driver handed us margaritas, a fantastic welcome that other hotels should definitely take note of. This gesture set the tone for our stay, launching our spirits into vacation mode. Stepping into our room, I was at a loss for words. Each suite at the Rosewood Mayakoba offers its own private pool, a detail I was aware of, but seeing it in person was a different experience altogether. The room was a design dream come true, complete with a cozy sitting area, a king-sized bed, and a bathroom featuring indoor and outdoor showers. No detail was overlooked, making the experience all the more memorable.
Outside our gorgeous room, the beachfront pool quickly became my favorite spot. The service was impeccable, with a steady flow of drinks and never-ending ice buckets filled with water and Evian spray.
