Now, I think of New Orleans is a history rich city that prides itself on cultural cooking and authentic flavors. The city surprised me with the number of restaurants that I had on my "To Eat" list. A Colorful New Orleans Walking Tour

On my first full day in New Orleans, I woke up hella early and walked from the Warehouse District to the Bywater neighborhood. This is normally like an hour walk without any distractions, but I think it took me around 3 to finish the whole trek. There is a lot of sightseeing in New Orleans, and this walk covered a lot of the tourist attractions.

Where to eat: Belle Maison Paris

Whenever I hear that one of my foodie friends is heading to Paris, I immediately recommend making dinner reservations, especially on weekends. If you want to try a new or popular spot, it's the only way to go. Even if you scout out your reservation earlier that day, you'll be better off than not having one at all.
